Irobolt Technologies Pty Ltd (known as IRONBOLT, IRONBOLT Clubs, IRONBOLT Onsite and IronLane) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected and how it is used.

Our applications and certain functions on our websites require the collection of private information.

We respect the privacy of those who entrust us with their private information and commit to only use and disclose it as necessary in our course of business.

We do not sell nor monetise private data.

  • 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to Ironbolt Technologies Pty Ltd.
  • 'our software' or 'our systems' refer to the information resources and software functionality provided by the IRONBOLT platform and software solutions hosted on the IRONBOLT platform.
  • 'you' and 'your' refers to you as a person and to you as an employee, member or person associated with the organisation which authorised you to access and use our software.

3. Personal Information collected via our Applications

Organisations using our software collect personal information about their users. This includes things like name, contact details, specific information related to roles and access privileges and information required to identify and authorise you as a user.

Note that private information collected or imported by the organisations when using our systems is deemed to belong to them. It is each organisation's responsibility to exercise due care when maintaining, retaining and giving access to private information which they keep in our systems.

When using some of our systems organisations may also collect specific personal information such as date of birth, gender, licences, certifications, working and social activities, memberships, event participation, teams, team activities, etc.

Your personal information may be collected from you directly, entered or uploaded by other application users within your organisation or automatically imported from other systems into ours.

Our systems also collect less obvious data such as functional activity, data collected from scanning devices and sensor technologies and other information that is generated through your use of the internet and browser to access our applications. We may also collect your IP address for auditing purposes.

4. When you request product information or sign up for marketing communication

When you request information about our products or services via one of our websites or when you sign up for marketing communication, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details and areas of interest. We may also collect your IP address to validate that your request for information is genuine.

We may disclose that information to our partners or sub-contractors if we believe that they are in position to assist you with your enquiry.

5. Personal Information collected via Social Media

Our social media sites may collect identifiable information about you as well as preferences and behavioural information, such as denoting that you are a follower, an interest group member, that you have provided feed-back, reviews or posted comments about us or about our products.

You must be aware that information that you provide via social media becomes broadly available to others.

We may retain, republish and further access that information for analysis or to provide reply or follow-up.

6. Sharing of your Data

We may disclose your information to third-parties, such as business associates and service providers, in our normal course of business, in a manner that is required to supply our products and services and to provide technical support.

We may disclose your information, if required to do so by any competent law enforcement body, regulatory or government agency.

We may disclose your information if we believe, in good faith, that doing so is appropriate or necessary to protect ourselves or others from fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

We may disclose your information in order to investigate and protect the security or integrity of our systems and to avoid breach or misuse of information.

7. Cross-border Transfers

Our systems use cloud infrastructure which stores data in Australia, but you must be aware that the nature of applications and websites accessible via the internet makes their information available from other countries from where users can logon to our systems.
